Authentic Pilates Canada™ is Canada’s Authentic Pilates teacher education centre, providing comprehensive teacher training in the classical Pilates system. We also offer continuing education credits.
Our Mission is to preserve and teach Authentic Pilates with current and future generations of Pilates professionals.
Authentic Pilates Canada™ is the first Pilates education center of its kind in Canada. With principal educator, Cara Hazelton, and a roster of adjunct faculty, that no other school in Canada has access to, Authentic Pilates Canada is THE place to learn and study Pilates.

"The Comprehensive Teacher Training Program at Authentic Pilates Canada is extremely well organized, split into modules with a clear progression, assessed at each stage and with a focus on practice.
As you should with any good Pilates education, you will learn to consider Pilates as an integrated system of exercises. It will in turn inform your teaching so that you are always clear as to why you are choosing one exercise over another for a particular body. You will learn how to deliver an effective session and how to progress clients so that they are challenged in a safe way.
